The kickoff times and television networks for nine of Army’s 12 football games on the upcoming 2026 schedule have been finalized. The updates include broadcast plans for all six home games at Michie Stadium alongside four nationally televised contests.
CBS Sports and ESPN released the updates, which include scheduling for key rivalry games. Army will host Air Force at Michie Stadium at 7:30 p.m. on November 7 on CBS. This marks the first time Army has hosted Air Force under the lights since 2006. It represents the 17th night game overall in the history of Michie Stadium, where the first-ever night game took place against Air Force in 1984.
The 127th Army-Navy Game, presented by USAA, is scheduled for December 12 at 3:00 p.m. at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The game will air on CBS, which has broadcast the matchup annually since 1996. The broadcast follows last year’s game, which drew an average of 7.84 million viewers. That audience was the second-largest for the matchup since 2018, trailing only the 2024 game, which drew 9.42 million viewers.
The five remaining home games for the Black Knights are scheduled for Noon Eastern kickoffs and will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network.
ESPN networks will broadcast two of Army’s road games on Fridays. Army will face Temple in Philadelphia on Friday, September 25, at 4:00 p.m. on ESPN as part of an American Conference doubleheader. The game was moved to Friday after initially being scheduled for Saturday. Army will also play at Tulsa on Friday, October 23, with an 8:30 p.m. Eastern kickoff on ESPN2.
The schedule marks the fourth consecutive season that the Black Knights will appear on ESPN networks. Since 2021, Army holds a 6–1 record in games broadcast on ESPN and a 5–0 record in games on ESPN2.
Broadcast details for the remaining games will be determined closer to the dates. Away games at Memphis on October 31 and at Rice on November 28 will be announced within a 12-day window before kickoff. A non-conference road game at Louisiana Tech on October 3 falls under the Sun Belt Conference broadcast partner’s 12-day announcement window.
The American Conference Football Championship Game is scheduled for Saturday, December 5, at 8:00 p.m. on ABC, marking the 12th consecutive season the game will air on that network.
Since joining the American Conference in 2024, Army has gone 12–4 in league play, which represents the third-best conference winning percentage in the league. Army holds a 19–8 overall record since the start of 2024, tying for the 20th-best winning percentage in the country over the last two seasons. The program has accumulated a 75–40 record since 2017, tying for the 16th-most wins in the Football Bowl Subdivision over that period.
