The historic grounds of the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts will host Jamaican musical icons Buju Banton and Stephen Marley on July 12 as part of their “Roots And Rhymes” U.S. Summer Tour 2026.
The co-headlining trek is the first full-scale tour pairing the two reggae giants. The evening will feature a mix of reggae and dancehall classics, new material, and guest appearances by Gramps Morgan.
Both artists are longtime collaborators. Stephen Marley recently featured Buju Banton on his 2023 acoustic-based album, Old Soul. Banton, a 2011 Grammy winner for Before the Dawn, recently transitioned to total independence with his label, Gargamel Music.
The tour includes a significant philanthropic component. For every ticket purchased, $1 is donated to the Buju Banton Foundation to help shelter Jamaican boys in foster care, and $1 is donated to the Ghetto Youths Foundation to support underserved communities.
“It’s going to be a powerful celebration of reggae and dancehall—see you on the road,” Stephen Marley said.
