Turnpike Troubadours will bring their “Wild America Tour” to the Hudson Valley this summer with a scheduled stop at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on Aug. 15.
The performance is part of the band’s extended headline tour, which now runs through the fall with additional dates across the country. Tickets for the tour are on sale, with the run promoted by Live Nation Entertainment.
The Bethel show offers a regional opportunity for fans in the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas to see the Oklahoma-based group, known for its blend of Red Dirt country and roots rock.
The tour extension comes amid a milestone year for Turnpike Troubadours, who recently surpassed one billion streams on Pandora. The band also released its latest album, The Price of Admission, which debuted at No. 1 on multiple charts following its release.
Produced by Shooter Jennings, the album has drawn widespread praise and further solidified the group’s standing in the genre.
Turnpike Troubadours formed in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, in 2005 and have since built a large national following, with more than 2.2 billion global streams and over 1.7 million equivalent units sold. The band has also gained additional visibility through appearances in television series including Yellowstone and Landman.
The Aug. 15 concert at Bethel Woods is one of several Northeast stops on the tour, joining dates in New York City, Philadelphia and Boston.
