Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects, the building features a white terra cotta façade with bronze detailing. Available floor plans include studios starting at $2,455, one-bedroom units from $3,100, and two-bedroom units from $4,350, with immediate occupancy options.
Apartment interiors feature nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, keyless entry, custom-lit closets, and quartz countertops with Fisher and Paykel and Beko appliances. Penthouse units feature 11-foot ceilings, while select residences include waterfall-edge kitchen islands and walk-in showers.
On-site amenities include a fitness center, coworking spaces, a sports simulator, a children’s playroom, a game room, a Sky Lounge, and a rooftop space. The rooftop features an outdoor pool, movie screen, barbecue kitchens, fire pits, a dog park, and views of Westchester County and Long Island Sound.
Building services include a 24-hour concierge, security, valet parking, and a resident mobile app. The property is located near local dining, shopping, and the New Rochelle Metro-North station, which provides express rail service to Grand Central Terminal.
