Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises will kick off its spring season on April 26 with new Spring Bear Mountain and Hudson River Spring cruises, offering New Yorkers a chance to escape the city for a day or half-day on the water.
The eight-hour Spring Bear Mountain Cruise departs Pier 83 in Midtown Manhattan at 9 a.m., traveling north along the Hudson River to Bear Mountain State Park. Guests will enjoy live narration from Circle Line guides, sweeping views of the Palisades, the George Washington and Mario Cuomo Bridges, and riverside landscapes bursting with spring greenery.
Onboard, the cruises feature live music from Alt-Country/Rock band Divining Rod, brunch-style meals including chicken and waffles, French toast casserole, fresh berries, and Nutella, along with a full bar serving mimosas, Bloody Marys, and rosé. Visitors will have about two hours at Bear Mountain to hike, stroll, or explore the Trailside Museums & Zoo before returning to Manhattan by 5 p.m.
The Spring Bear Mountain Cruise runs Saturdays and Sundays from April 26 through May 25, with premier tickets at $129 and standard tickets at $79. For a shorter experience, the four-hour Hudson River Spring Cruise departs May 16 and 17, offering the same onboard entertainment and views without stopping at Bear Mountain. Standard tickets for the half-day cruise are $49.
Circle Line CEO Craig Kanarick said the new offerings continue the company’s 80-year legacy and tie into America 250, the national celebration of the United States’ 250th anniversary. Tickets are now on sale at circleline.com.
