Hudson Valley music fans will have a chance to see Brandi Carlile live this summer when the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter brings her “The Human Tour” to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on Aug. 16. Click here to purchase tickets.
The performance is part of a newly announced extension of the tour, which will add numerous North American stops through the fall. Tickets for the Bethel show go on sale Friday, March 20, at 10 a.m. local time.
Located at the historic site of the Woodstock, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts remains one of the region’s premier outdoor concert venues, regularly hosting major touring artists throughout the summer season.
Carlile’s latest tour follows the release of her critically acclaimed album Returning To Myself, which debuted in the top 10 of the Billboard 200. Produced by Carlile alongside Andrew Watt, Aaron Dessner, and Justin Vernon, the record has been praised by outlets including NPR, Rolling Stone, and Variety.
The upcoming tour also follows a widely celebrated first leg that included performances at Madison Square Garden, TD Garden, and Kia Forum.
Throughout the tour, Carlile will be joined by a rotating lineup of special guests, including Jensen McRae, I’m With Her, Gregory Alan Isakov, The Head and the Heart, Stephen Wilson Jr., and CMAT on select dates.
Carlile, an 11-time Grammy winner, is known not only for her music but also for her activism and philanthropic work through the Looking Out Foundation, which has raised millions of dollars for grassroots causes.
The Bethel Woods concert will give Hudson Valley fans a chance to see one of contemporary music’s most respected performers at a venue steeped in music history.
