James Taylor will bring his 2026 tour with his All-Star Band to Bethel Woods Center (200 Hurd Rd, Bethel, NY 12720) for the Arts on June 18, one of 29 stops announced across the United States for the legendary singer-songwriter’s summer run.
The tour kicks off April 26 in Highland, Calif., and wraps up Sept. 26 in Hollywood, Fla., featuring performances at some of the country’s most iconic venues. Along with Bethel Woods, highlights include the Santa Barbara Bowl, The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Jones Beach in New York, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, MGM Music Hall at Fenway, Wolf Trap in Vienna, Va., and Taylor’s annual July 3 and 4 shows at Tanglewood.
Tickets for the 2026 summer dates go on sale to the general public Friday, Jan. 16, at 10 a.m. local time.
Taylor has remained a defining presence in American music for more than five decades, known for his warm baritone voice and distinctive acoustic guitar style. Since the release of his self-titled debut album in 1968, he has sold more than 100 million records worldwide and earned multiple gold, platinum and multi-platinum certifications.
His accolades include several Grammy Awards, induction into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and recognition as the MusiCares Person of the Year in 2006. In 2015, Taylor achieved his first No. 1 album with Before This World.
Among his many honors are the National Medal of Arts, the French government’s Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters, the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the Kennedy Center Honors, recognizing his lasting impact on American culture.
In recent years, Taylor released Break Shot, an audio-only memoir chronicling his early life and career, and American Standard, his 19th studio album. The latter earned him the Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album in 2021 and made him the first artist to place a Billboard Top 10 album in each of the past six decades.
